  • Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days WFH following a successful probation period
  • An OTE of £60k - £70k (basic salary of up to £42k + bonus)
  • £3k sign‑on bonus (£1k/month for first three months) to offset pipeline build time

We're looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join our highly skilled, close‑knit Second Charge Mortgage team based out of our Manchester office. You’ll be part of a business that’s passionate about putting users first, helping everyone, no matter what their circumstances, achieve greater financial well‑being.

What you’ll be doing
  • Contacting qualified leads generated through our digital journey
  • Assessing customer applications and delivering tailored, compliant recommendations
  • Providing expert advice on second charge mortgages, using our unique in‑house software
  • Staying up to date with lender criteria and industry regulations
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with customers — keeping them informed every step of the way
  • Hitting (and exceeding!) sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a best‑in‑class customer experience
  • Collaborating closely with our brilliant team of case managers
  • Contributing ideas and improvements as we continuously innovate for a better customer journey
