Job summary

A leading financial services provider in the UK seeks a motivated Mortgage Advisor to handle client applications and deliver high-quality mortgage advice. The ideal candidate must be CeMAP-qualified with at least 2 years of experience, capable of managing a high volume of cases in a fast-paced environment. Competitive compensation includes a base salary of £30,000 with uncapped commission potential, leading to realistic earnings of £60,000 in the first year. Full administrative support will be provided to allow focus on client service.

Recently, thanks to the acquisition by OneDome, we are ready to grow our Mortgage Team. Role Responsibilities
  • Manage and progress a large pipeline of client applications using the brokerage’s online systems, communicating proactively to keep clients updated and moving efficiently through each stage of the process.
  • Gather and analyse client information through online fact‑finds, emails and phone consultations, conducting thorough research to provide accurate, suitable mortgage recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Deliver high‑quality, compliant online mortgage advice to clients via digital channels, ensuring all recommendations meet FCA requirements and the firm’s Compliance and Training & Competence standards.
  • Prepare and package mortgage applications for submission by the admin team, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and meets lender criteria, while maintaining adherence to FCA regulations and internal compliance procedures.
What We’re Looking For
  • CeMAP-qualified with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
  • Experience working whole‑of‑market or with multiple lenders
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise a high volume of cases in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to adapt to ever‑evolving internal processes.
  • Driven by a frustration with the current mortgage advice process and a desire to challenge and improve the status quo.
What You Can Expect to Receive in Return
  • Base Salary: £30,000
  • Commission: Uncapped, with earning potential across mortgages and a wide range of ancillary products (Protection, Secured Loans, Conveyancing).
    • Mortgages + Conveyancing: Earn 20% of revenue above your seat cost.
    • Protection: Earn 10% of any on‑risk business generated from referrals.
    • Secured Loans: Earn 5% of any funded loan referrals.
  • On‑Target Earnings: Realistic £60,000 OTE in year 1, with higher potential as your pipeline grows.
  • First 3 Months: Eligible for an interim mortgage commission of £1,000 per month, subject to meeting submission targets, to support income while building your pipeline.

Full Administrative Support: Benefit from a dedicated case management team who will key cases on your behalf and manage applications from submission through to offer, allowing you to focus on giving high‑quality advice and driving revenue.
