Job summary

Pinstripe Personnel is seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser for roles in Broadstairs or Whitstable. The position offers hybrid or office-based work with a salary of £35,000–£40,000 plus an OTE of £75,000+. Full lead provision and a client-first approach are provided to support your advice delivery.

The role presents an opportunity to progress, including the option to be put through the DipFA qualification and become an IFA should you wish. An award-winning IFA is behind the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on mortgages and protection products.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with a high volume of leads and deliver compliant advice.

Responsibilities

• Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients in Broadstairs or Whitstable.
• Utilise full lead provision to develop new business.
• Maintain a high standard of service with a client-first approach.
