A growing advisory firm in the City of London is seeking a Mortgage & Insurance Advisor to manage an existing client bank. The role involves providing expert advice on both mortgages and insurance, working closely with the Director to achieve high levels of performance. The firm offers a salary of £30,000 – £40,000, a tiered bonus structure, and hybrid working opportunities after an initial period in the office.
This employed Mortgage & Insurance Advisor job is available to takeover the client bank from a busy Director who wants to focus on strategic tasks moving forwards. The Director has a personal client bank of several hundred and regularly wins business from speaking at events.
This is ideal for a Mortgage & Insurance Advisor who enjoys being very busy, you could realistically be holding 10 client meetings per week. Due to the nature of the leads being from existing clients or from warm enquiries you should expect over 50% conversion rate!
Your business mix will consist of both mortgages and insurance advice, so you must be knowledgeable, passionate, and skilled in both areas of advice.
It is important you work closely with the Director of the business, as he will be able to keep you well fed with regular, quality leads. As such, to get off to a flying start, our client would like you to regularly present in the City of London office, with potential to introduce some home working after 3–6 months (hybrid thereafter).
Established 4 years ago, this advisory firm is growing at an excellent pace with no signs of slowing down. The business has a national footprint with Advisors licensed across insurance, mortgages and wealth advice. You will be joining at a key point in their journey as they continue to expand their headcount, working closely with the Directors on their personal client bank, freeing them up to focus on strategic growth of the business.
