Mortgage Broker – £35k Basic + Commission | OTE £65k | Hybrid (2 Days WFH)

Location: Gloucester (Hybrid – 3 days office-based, 2 days from home)

About the Role

We’re seeking a qualified Mortgage Broker in Gloucester. You will be working with a team of mortgage brokers specialising in foster care mortgages and re-mortgages. This is a hybrid opportunity with a strong basic salary, consistent warm leads, full admin support, and a Monday–Friday schedule — no weekends required.
