Mortgage Administrator / Financial Services Client Services Associate sought by a growing and award-winning financial services organisation. This role supports brokers and ensures clients receive an exceptional level of service throughout their mortgage journey. Suitable candidates may have experience as Mortgage Case Manager, Financial Services Administrator, Client Relationship Coordinator, Mortgage Processor, or Customer Service Executive.

Salary, Location & Job Type

Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 per annum + Benefits

Location: Remote or Hybrid Working Available. Candidates can work remotely from home or hybrid with time spent at the office in Exeter if within a commutable distance

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Flexible Working Hours)

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Mortgage Administrator / Financial Services Client Services Associate who is motivated, detail-oriented and committed to delivering outstanding client service within the mortgage and finance industry.

As a Mortgage Administrator / Financial Services Client Services Associate you will play a key role in managing mortgage applications from submission to completion, supporting advisers and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and client communication.

Duties
  • Application Processing: Input and manage mortgage and finance applications accurately within lender systems and upload required documentation
  • Pipeline Management: Track and progress mortgage cases efficiently from submission through to completion
  • Client Communication: Provide proactive updates to clients via phone and email, ensuring an excellent post-application experience
  • Third-Party Coordination: Liaise with lenders, solicitors and surveyors to keep cases moving smoothly
  • Service Excellence: Monitor and maintain the quality of the client experience throughout the mortgage process
  • CRM Management: Log all client interactions and activities accurately within the CRM system
  • Broker Support: Provide administrative and client service support to a team of brokers
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive and professional working environment within the team
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience of working within the mortgage or wider financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage processing, case management or underwriting procedures
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with a keen eye for accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
  • Competent IT skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
