GCB Recruitment in Leatherhead is seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator for a reputable independent mortgage brokerage. The role focuses on liaising with lenders, handling applications, and keeping clients updated throughout the process.

You will be CeMAP-qualified with a clear progression route to Mortgage Advisor within 6–12 months, and benefit from a Monday–Friday 9am–5:30pm pattern, free on-site parking, and a pension scheme.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with mortgage lenders and solicitors to manage applications through to completion
• Handle incoming calls and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Keep clients updated on the progress of their mortgage applications
• Provide administrative support throughout the mortgage application process
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is processed efficiently
• Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Build strong relationships with clients, lenders and other key stakeholders
• Develop mortgage knowledge and skills in preparation for progressing into a Mortgage Advisor role
