Mortgage Administrator | Segensworth, PO15 5TT | Full Time, Office-based |Working hours are 8 : 30 am–5 : 00 pm or 9 : 00 am–5 : 30 pm | £25,000 – £26,000 per annum + up to £300 monthly bonus

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Mortgage Administrator to join their expanding team based in Segensworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a friendly and professional team, working within a supportive environment that values precision, client care, and continuous development.

You'll be responsible for managing mortgage applications from deal sign-off through to mortgage offer, acting as the main point of contact between clients and lenders. This is an office-based position (with just one work-from-home day per month) that requires previous mortgage administration experience, ideally within a brokerage setting.

Are you the right person for the job?

Previous mortgage administration experience (broker background preferred)

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage 40–60 active cases at once

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Attention to detail with the ability to process and assess documentation accurately

Customer-focused and proactive, with a positive, problem-solving attitude

Comfortable working with Excel for data entry and portfolio tracking

Confident using or learning Salesforce CRM (training provided)

Ability to work well independently and as part of a small, close-knit team

Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (KYC / AML) within the mortgage industry

Onsite presence required (one WFH day per month only)

Desirable

Knowledge of mortgage systems, products, and lender processes

Relevant qualifications such as CeMAP (or working towards)

Experience communicating directly with lenders, brokers, and clients

What will your role look like?

Manage approximately 20 new mortgage deals per month, overseeing 40–60 active clients at any given time

Act as the key point of contact between clients, lenders, and solicitors throughout the application process

Review and assess client documentation for accuracy and suitability

Instruct valuations and ensure all necessary checks are completed in a timely manner

Update internal records, Excel portfolio trackers, and Salesforce CRM with client progress

Liaise closely with the Completions Team to ensure a smooth handover once the offer is issued

Maintain clear, professional communication with all parties to ensure an exceptional client experience

Ensure compliance with all KYC, AML, and mortgage industry regulations

What can you expect in return?

£25,000 – £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Monthly performance bonus up to £300 (after 6-month probation)
