Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to mortgage and protection advisers.
  • Act as a central point of contact, liaising between clients, lenders, and insurance partners.
  • Keep client files updated, ensuring cases move forward efficiently through to completion.
  • Manage telephone and email enquiries with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Maintain accurate data using systems.
  • Assist with the preparation of documentation, reports, and compliance‑related paperwork.

  • Works in a structured and organised way, with strong attention to detail.
  • Is proactive, reliable, and confident managing your own workload.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.

Requirements
  • Experience within mortgages, financial services, or insurance (preferred but not essential).
