About the Role

As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a central role in supporting both clients and advisers throughout the mortgage and protection process. This is a varied and fast-paced position requiring professionalism, accuracy, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for the full end-to-end administration of applications, ensuring all compliance, documentation, and processes are followed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include supporting clients, advisers, and third parties to ensure a smooth and efficient mortgage journey. This will involve acting as a key point of contact, handling queries, collecting and uploading key documentation, and managing the full pipeline. You will liaise with lenders, Business Development Managers and solicitors to resolve issues promptly, ensuring all processes are compliant and accurately maintained.

You ll also highlight additional services such as will drafting and financial planning where appropriate, creating opportunities to earn uncapped bonus and commission. Consistently achieving and exceeding targets will contribute to both your personal development and the overall success of the team.

Requirements

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator who can manage multiple priorities effectively. You must have proven experience in Mortgage Admin, along with strong organisational skills and the ability to work confidently in a remote environment.

A clear understanding of mortgage processes, compliance expectations and regulatory standards is essential. You should also possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Teams, and experience using lender portals. A willingness to attend quarterly team days in Bath is required.
