Our client, a well-established mortgage brokerage based in Birmingham, is seeking a dedicated Mortgage Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in mortgage or financial administration to provide vital support within a team committed to helping clients.

Working hours:

As a Mortgage Administrator, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday on a part-time basis. Working4/5 hours a day, five days a week.

The successful Mortgage Administrator will be offered:

Mortgage Administrator requirements:

Candidates should ideally have between 6 to 12 months’ experience in mortgage or financial administration and demonstrate strong organisational skills. Experience assisting case managers or handling administrative duties within a finance-related setting will be a distinct advantage. Possessing excellent communication and organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen eye for detail is essential to be successful in this position.

The Mortgage Administrator's duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Supporting the case management team to process mortgage applications efficiently
  • Managing administrative tasks related to client documentation and case files
  • Ensuring compliance with company and industry standards
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and application progress
  • Dealing with incoming calls and email queries relating to current mortgage applications
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication
