Job summary

Meridian Business Support is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative in the Bridgwater area on an ongoing temporary basis. The role offers consistent morning hours, weekly pay and a supportive warehouse environment.

Salary is £12.85 per hour with duties including stock handling, loading/unloading, and inventory control. Experience in warehousing is advantageous but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics or distribution experience
• Reach Truck licence or experience preferred but not essential
• PPT licence or experience advantageous
• Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
• A reliable and positive approach to work
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Picking, moving and storing stock within a temperature-controlled freezer environment
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
• Maintaining stock accuracy and supporting inventory control processes
• Operating warehouse equipment where required
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Assisting with general duties to support the smooth running of the operation
