Job summary

Home Instead is recruiting Care Professionals to support clients in their own homes in Wellingborough and surrounding areas. Shifts run 07:45–14:00 and 16:00–22:00, with a minimum one-hour calls and personalised client matching.

You will provide personal care, help with medications, meals, errands, and companionship, ensuring safety and well‑being at home. No formal qualifications are required; full training is provided, and you’ll join a team committed to high‑quality home care and community

Job Description

We are looking to grow our brilliant team of Care Professionals for morning, tea time and evening carers between 07.45 - 14.00 and 16.00 - 22.00. We provide quality care that makes a real difference to the people we care for in their own home within Wellingborough and the surrounding areas. With a minimum of an hour long calls and personalised support with clients who you're matched with, this is home care at its very best.

Our Care Professionals are trained to help our clients remain independent, active and safe. Every call is different as it's based on the needs of each individual.

As a Home Instead Care Professional, your client visits may consist of:

• Providing personal care.
• Help with medications.
• Preparing meals.
• Running errands such as accompanying your client to appointments or visitingthe shops.
• Helping your client get ready in the morning.
• Offering companionshipand conversation.
• Ensuring your client is safe and healthy in theirhome.

This role is UK-based and the right to work in the UK will need to be established as part of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

No qualifications required. Full training is provided. All us ask is that you have a big heart and want to make a difference to our clients lives.

Additional Information

As a Care Professionalyou will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay and excellent support. Working from between 07.45 - 14.00 and 16.00 - 22.00and working every other weekend.
