Job summary

Home Bargains is hiring a part-time Store Team Member at our Heanor location. You will greet customers, stock shelves, manage cash at the tills, and support multiple departments from morning to evening shifts.

The role offers a friendly team environment with opportunities to learn across Café, Bakery, and Garden Centre areas. Shifts are up to 12 hours per week, with early starts from 6am, and a closing date of 6 November 2026.

• Reliable, punctual and able to work early shifts.

Responsibilities

• As a Store Team Member, greet customers and assist with queries to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Stock shelves, replenish products, and maintain clean, organized displays across departments.
• Unload deliveries and ensure stock is available for customers during early morning shifts.
• Handle tills and cash transactions, with flexibility to work in Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre areas.
