Job summary

Thorn Baker Facilities Management is seeking a Cleaner for morning shifts at a busy Weymouth retail site. The role offers an immediate start with weekly pay and a 13.10 hourly rate, for ongoing work with the potential to progress to permanent after 10 weeks.

Shifts run Monday to Saturday 6am–10:00am or Sunday to Thursday 6am–12:00pm, with additional 6am–9am availability. Applicants should be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a good eye for detail.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
• Able to work independently in a retail environment.
• Available for morning shifts, Monday to Saturday (6am start).
• Immediate start with ongoing, stable work.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain a large retail store to a high standard.
• Clean customer and staff areas and general housekeeping tasks.
• Sweep, mop and empty bins while following site procedures.
• Ensure health & safety and cleaning procedures are followed.
• Support a clean, welcoming shopping environment for customers.
