McDonald's United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Crew Member to join our fast-paced teams. You'll help prepare food, serve customers, maintain clean dining areas and follow food safety procedures, always delivering warm, efficient service.

You’ll work across shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and evenings, in a welcoming, team-focused environment that values energy, reliability and a smile. Previous retail or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or strong phone/face-to-face communication is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow brand guidelines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles within the restaurant.
