Mitie Group plc. in Castlederg, Tyrone is seeking a Cleaner to join our facilities team. You will perform cleaning duties to meet SLAs, operate safely, and work with a team while delivering excellent service. The role offers a permanent contract with benefits and opportunities for training.

We value reliability, a flexible approach, and a professional attitude, with basic English communication required. Shift pattern includes mornings on Mon Tue Thu Fri Sat.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential and a flexible approach to the role.
• You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined.
• You'll need to be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area, when work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
• Undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and can work under their own initiative.
• Build positive relationships with customers and deliver excellent customer service.
