Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is looking for an on-site cleaner to support our Belfast sites. The role covers morning shifts, including Mon 7am-10am and Sun 9am-12:30pm, with a focus on high standards of cleaning and hygiene as directed by management.

You will use cleaning equipment, build positive relations with clients, handle queries promptly, and perform other duties as required. The ideal candidate has the right to work in the UK, prior cleaning experience, and strong customer service and communication

Qualifications

• Must have Right to Work in the UK.
• Previous cleaning experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and good Communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring high standard of cleaning and hygiene as directed by management
• Use and care of cleaning equipment
• Encourage good relations with all clients on contract site
• Promptly deal with any queries or complaints
• To perform any other reasonable duties that may be allocated by the management
