• Accompany clients to appointments or errands
• Specialist care : if a clients needs change or progress you will receive the training to deliver the person‑centred care they need with confidence.
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with the team

Must be available to work 6 : 45am 2 : 00pm
