RBH Hospitality Management is seeking an enthusiastic breakfast service team member. You will greet guests, set up and replenish the breakfast buffet, and ensure a tidy, inviting dining area. Tea and coffee service, attentive guest support, and swift table clearing are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude.
• Ability to work early morning shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and set a welcoming tone as they enter the dining area.
• Set up the breakfast buffet and dining area for a fresh, inviting presentation.
• Prepare and replenish breakfast items, keeping everything well-stocked.
• Serve tea, coffee and breakfast orders with attentiveness to guest needs.
• Clear tables promptly and reset them for the next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across breakfast areas and buffet.
• Assist with kitchen prep and basic food handling tasks.
• Answer guest questions and provide local knowledge to enhance their day.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth service.
• Be flexible and reliable with early shifts and evolving guest needs.
