Willows Academy in Grimsby is seeking a Breakfast Club Assistant to join our academy in November 2026 on a part-time, permanent basis. You will help supervise pupils at the Breakfast Club, support their personal needs, and assist with a light breakfast, creating a relaxed, family-style start to the day.

You will work as part of a warm, supportive staff team in a one-form entry school and be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Attend to pupils’ personal needs and provide general support in supervising and managing pupils at the Breakfast Club.
• Carry out duties including caring for and playing with groups of children, and providing a light breakfast.
