Job Description

This role involves managing complex compliance projects within a leading global Monitoring Trustee practice, acting as the eyes and ears of competition authorities. You will oversee the implementation of structural and behavioral remedies by large multinational companies, manage multidisciplinary teams, and draft reports for various competition authorities worldwide.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing compliance projects related to remedies in merger, antitrust, and state aid cases.
  • Scrutinizing remedy implementations, including divestitures and conduct provisions.
  • Drafting progress reports, liaising with parties and authorities, and identifying compliance risks.
  • Contributing to the practice's growth through quality adherence, business development, and networking.

Qualifications and Key Competencies:
