An established Mortgage Brokerage is looking for an experienced Mortgage Broker or Adviser to join their team in St. Albans. The role involves managing leads from new build sites and visiting clients across London and Kent, with expenses covered. The basic salary is up to £30k with potential for high earnings based on performance metrics. Ideal candidates will be fully CeMAP qualified and may have an existing client bank to supplement leads. Overview

A rare opportunity for an experienced fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser to join an established Mortgage Brokers that receive leads from loyal and dedicated new build sites throughout the South East.

Main Duties

• Work in a centralised office in St. Albans alongside a team of Mortgage Brokers.
• Visit clients in their homes in London and Kent areas; all expenses covered.
• Receive between 10–12 leads per month from our new build sites in the South East; typically 8–9 mortgages are signed up.
• Based on current leads, team produces between £7k - £12k in proc fees and protection business.
• Handle new build leads on a day-to-day basis and respond to client interest immediately.
• May work 1 weekend in 4.
• Ideally have access to a small client bank to top up the leads generated via the introducer.

Key Skills

• Applications will be considered from fully CeMAP or CF1 & CF6 or MAQ qualified Mortgage Brokers or Mortgage Advisers.
• An existing client bank and repeat business is advantageous.
