Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is urgently seeking experienced Modular Joiners for a temporary contract in the Derbyshire area, with hourly pay between £21 and £22. Responsibilities include using joinery tools, reading construction drawings, and performing various joinery duties. Ideal candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in 1st and 2nd fix joinery and have their own tools and PPE. This role offers a Monday to Friday work schedule, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in 1st and 2nd fix joinery.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work alone if needed.

Responsibilities

• Using various joinery tools.
• Reading joinery construction drawings.
• Erecting stud timber walls.
• Marking up timber walls.
• Stripping and replacing floors.
• 1st and 2nd fix joinery duties.
• Plaster boarding.
• Window and door fitting.
