PZ Cussons plc in Manchester is seeking a Modern Workplace Enablement Lead to optimise Microsoft 365, Copilot and the Power Platform across the Group IT function. You will work at the intersection of people, technology and business performance, driving adoption and enabling colleagues to embrace new ways of working.

The role combines technical depth with business insight, coaching citizen developers, delivering AI-enabled automation, and ensuring governance and security.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI or digital workplace solutions that create measurable business value.
• Experience leading technology adoption, enablement or change initiatives and helping people embrace new ways of working.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical, user-focused solutions.
• Strong governance, security and compliance awareness within modern tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot and Power Platform across the business, helping colleagues get more value from the tools they use daily.
• Identify opportunities for AI, automation and digital innovation that improve productivity and simplify processes.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to turn ideas and business challenges into practical, high-impact solutions.
• Develop proofs of concept, prototypes and automation solutions that demonstrate value and accelerate business improvement.
• Enable and support citizen developers through coaching, guidance and reusable frameworks that build confidence and capability.
• Review solution designs and supplier recommendations to ensure technology investments are scalable and secure.

What you'll be doing

• Review solution designs and supplier recommendations to ensure technology investments are scalable, secure and aligned to business needs.

What you'll bring

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Power Automate and low-code technologies.
• A track record of delivering AI, automation or digital workplace solutions that create measurable business value.
• Experience leading technology adoption, enablement or change initiatives and helping people embrace new ways of working.
• The ability to translate business requirements into practical, user-focused solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• An understanding of governance, security and compliance principles within a modern technology environment.
• Curiosity, initiative and a passion for exploring emerging technologies and AI innovation.
