Job summary

Thrive Childcare & Education is offering a Nursery Apprenticeship where you will assist in caring for young children while working towards Level 2/3 in Early Years. You will support senior staff in planning activities, monitor safety, and observe child development in a supportive, values-driven environment.

You will undergo training and development through Thrive’s onboarding, with DBS/PVG registrations paid for, and opportunities for progression within an established, experienced team.

Qualifications

• Assist in the care and development of young children in the nursery.
• Assist senior staff in arranging activities and ensuring safety.
• Observe children's behavior and follow nursery guidelines.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills in Childcare and Early Childhood Education.

Job description

As a Nursery Apprentice, you will assist in the care and development of young children in our amazing nursery whilst gaining your Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years. You will assist senior staff in arranging activities, ensuring safety and observing children's behavior, all while following nursery guidelines. Furthermore, you will partake in training sessions to improve your skills in Childcare and Early Childhood Education.
