A leading UK financial services provider is seeking a Model Validation Actuary to lead the delivery of model validation and regulatory compliance strategies. The ideal candidate will be a professionally qualified actuary with expertise in model validation, strong stakeholder engagement, and excellent communication skills. This role offers a salary of circa £95,000 with significant benefits, including hybrid working options and annual bonuses.
As a Model Validation Actuary (GI) at NFU Mutual, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and leading our model validation strategy, ensuring we remain at the forefront of industry best practice and regulatory compliance. You’ll also enhance and deliver technical processes that support our long-term objective of sustainable, profitable growth.
You’ll be responsible for:
You’re a professionally qualified actuary (FIA or FFA) with a strong background in financial services and model validation for GI products. You combine technical expertise with strategic thinking and a pragmatic, commercial approach.
