Job summary

Carbon60 is seeking an experienced electrician for a long-term MOD project in Newquay, Cornwall. The role involves electrical installations on MOD properties with a secure site and 47 hours per week, including overtime after 43 hours.

The contract runs for 2-3 years with an ASAP start. A valid ECS/JIB card and residential/commercial construction experience are required, and SC Clearance sponsorship is available through the employer.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician with relevant industry qualifications.
• Valid ECS/JIB Card.
• Experience on residential or commercial construction projects.
• Ability to work within a secure MOD environment.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out electrical installations on properties.
• Installing containment, wiring, lighting, power and associated electrical systems.
• Working to project specifications and site safety standards.
• Completing work to a high standard of quality and compliance.
• Collaborating with site management and other trades on site.
