Are you a practical, hands-on creative who loves making things look perfect? Do you take pride in craftsmanship, precision and finish?

We’re working with a specialist London packaging studio that produces high-end, photo-ready mock-ups for some of the world’s most recognisable luxury cosmetic brands. These are the pieces agencies and global names use for product launches, campaigns and approvals. They now need a skilled, hands-on Mock-Up Artist to join their team.

What you’ll do
  • Build and finish physical packaging mock-ups — bottles, cartons, tubes and luxury packs.
  • Carry out spraying and paint finishing, carefully colour matching to replicate final production standards.
  • Apply transfers/decals and labels to achieve flawless, production-ready surfaces.
  • Cut, trim, assemble and dress packs to a professional standard.
  • Use tools, sprays, adhesives and finishing techniques — this is not a desk-based or digital role.
  • Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining exceptional quality.
What you’ll bring
  • Previous practical experience in mock-ups, model making, packaging finishing or a similar craft-based role.
  • Confidence using spray equipment, paints and finishes; strong colour matching ability.
  • Steady hands and precision when applying transfers, decals or labels.
  • A passion for craftsmanship and producing work to a production-ready standard.
  • Ability to work accurately under time pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset, comfortable working within a creative production team.
Why join
  • Be part of a craft-led studio where your work will be used by prestigious cosmetic and luxury brands.
  • Contribute to refining spraying and transfer techniques, bringing your own expertise to the team.
  • Work on high-profile packaging projects seen in global campaigns and launches.
  • Join a respected, well-established studio known for excellence in packaging mock-ups.
  • Enjoy daytime working hours (Monday to Friday) with a competitive salary package.

If you enjoy making, spraying, finishing and perfecting - and want to see your work in front of world-leading brands - this is an opportunity to do just that.
