Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities

• Running a mixture of pre-litigated and potentially litigated (subject to experience) RTA cases, with a specific focus on mobility vehicle claims
• Overseeing a ranges of fast-track personal injury claims following claimants sustaining injuries as a result of road traffic accidents
• Managing claims, including OIC and MOJ cases
• Also overseeing non-portal cases as/when required
