Job summary

Auto Windscreens is hiring a Mobile Technician to repair and replace windscreen glass across a wide range of vehicles. You will work independently and build a career with a national business, with comprehensive training at our Training and Innovation Academy.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with one in four Saturdays. You will develop skills and qualifications, and have access to an uncapped bonus scheme based on performance, boosting your earnings as you grow in the role.

Qualifications

• Interest in automotive, mechanical or technical work.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Positive attitude and pride in doing a job well.
• Willingness to learn and develop a long-term career.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and replacing vehicle glass on a range of vehicles, from everyday cars to high-end models.
• Providing great customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
• Managing your workload while staying connected with your regional team.
• Sharing feedback and ideas to help improve our service.
• Developing skills and knowledge through ongoing training and experience.
