Job summary

Auto Windscreens is seeking Mobile Technicians to repair and replace vehicle glass on cars, vans and high-end vehicles. You’ll be out on the road, delivering outstanding service while building a long-term career with a well-established national business.

We provide full training, a company vehicle, 24 days holiday, 5% employer pension contribution, healthcare cash plan and life assurance. Uncapped bonus potential is available and you’ll work Mon-Fri 08:30–17:00 with 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or mechanical work is a bonus but not essential.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are important.
• Willingness to learn and build a long-term career with the company.

• Repairing and replacing vehicle glass on everything from everyday cars to classics, vans, and high-end vehicles
• Delivering outstanding customer service at every job
• Working independently while staying connected with your regional team
• Spotting opportunities to improve our service and sharing feedback
• Continuously building your skills and knowledge

What We’re Looking For

• An interest or experience with automotive or mechanical is a bonus - but not essential
• Great communication and people skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and pride in your work
• Willingness to learn and build a long-term career
• A full UK driving licence
