Job summary

Equans is recruiting a Mobile Water Treatment Technician (Tier 3) for Scotland. The role covers the Central Belt between Glasgow and Edinburgh, based in Bellshill.

It is a permanent, full-time position at 40 hours/week, with a company vehicle and benefits package. The ideal candidate will perform water hygiene and treatment services across multiple sites, including sampling and system testing, with a focus on compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in water hygiene/treatment, minimum 3 years.
• City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 equivalent qualification relevant to Plumbing, Heating (Closed Loops) or Chemistry.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water hygiene and treatment services across the Central Belt (Glasgow-Edinburgh).
• Perform temperature monitoring, descales, tank inspections and cleans, cooling tower disinfections.
• Carry out TMV servicing, water sampling, LTHW testing and dosing of inhibitors/biocides.
