Responsibilities

• You like mixing things up: servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks. You’ll also manage stock, reporting, and keep customer conversations flowing.
• You think on your feet and make the right call for each customer, handling different fixes and new challenges every day.

Qualifications

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 3 years’ hands‑on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Location

Guildford, Surrey – up to £55k per annum Full Time.

Compensation & Benefits

• A competitive base salary of £38,625, with on‑target earnings up to £55,000 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable).
• A guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
• 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.
• Opportunities available in London and Greater London: Esher, Guildford, Hampstead, Heathrow, Hillingdon, Holloway, Shepherd’s Bush, Slough, Stratford, Streatham.
• Earnings that motivate – base salary up to £50,000 through bonuses and premium‑rate overtime; full time 40‑hour week, Monday‑Saturday availability (8 am‑8 pm).
