Job summary

TrustFord seeks a Mobile Service Technician to join our busy Mobile Service Team in the Southampton area. This field-based role offers 24/7 hours and a flexible pattern, with strong earning potential and career progression.

You will perform a full range of mechanical repairs, diagnostics and servicing, delivering top-quality technical advice and customer service. A full driving licence and NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent) are required, with Ford experience preferred.

Qualifications

• To be able to carry out a full range of repairs of mechanical diagnostic and service work.
• Deliver high standards of technical advice, service and maintenance to TrustFord customers.
• Own a full valid driving license and NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent for a minimum of 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs, diagnostics and servicing of vehicles on a mobile basis.
• Provide accurate technical advice and maintain high service standards for customers.
• Maintain safe working practices and document work completed.
