Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points or bans.
  • Ability to show qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Attend breakdowns, diagnose issues, and help get vehicles back on the road.
  • Advise customers on their vehicle's issues.
  • Provide vehicle servicing and maintenance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.

Location: Guildford

Salary: £43,625 basic salary (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance), with the opportunity to earn up to £58,000

Hours: 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.30pm, 1 in 4 Saturday's

This Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician is working for one of the UK’s leading vehicle breakdown companies who provide a first-class service to thousands of customers. Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the breakdown team to attend breakdowns, diagnose issues, and, where possible, get vehicles back on the road.
  • Identify problems and advise the customer on the vehicle’s issues.
  • Provide vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including electrical & diagnostics.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service as the face of the business.
Requirements
  • Ideally Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or Level 2 with equivalent qualifications such as City & Guilds, IMI, or NVQ. Must be able to show qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within a vehicle workshop or as a Mobile Vehicle Technician.
  • A full UK driving licence – no more than 9 points or bans on the licence.
  • Demonstrated technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
