Salary: £38,625 Basic (OTE £58,000) + Overtime 1.5 / A guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary to £44,385 + Company Van

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30, with 1 in 4 Saturdays-40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the breakdown team to attend breakdowns, diagnose issues, and work on vehicles to get them back on the road, or ensure they return safely to the workshop.
• Identifying problems and advising the customer on vehicle issues.
• Vehicle servicing and general maintenance including electrical and vehicle diagnostics.
• Acting as the face of the business; delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Ideally Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair; Level 2 or equivalent qualifications (e.g., City and Guilds, IMI, NVQ) are considered.
• Minimum 3 years experience within a vehicle workshop or as a Mobile Vehicle Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points or bans.
• Demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
