Job Description

Join the RAC as a Roadside Technician. You will deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK, supported by your own RAC van, fuel card, uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit.

We offer a market‑competitive base salary of £40,000 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance) with a realistic OTE of £60,000. Top performers can earn significantly more through bonuses and enhanced overtime rates. Average shifts are 40 hours per week with optional overtime available.

Requirements

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
• Proven technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
• Full UK driving licence
