Mobile Van Technician

Location: Cambridge

Salary: up to £43,000 basic + 1.5 overtime & company van

Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday 5am to 2pm / 4am to 1pm

We are searching for a talented Vehicle Technician for our clients Mobile Van Technician vacancy in the Cambridge area. You will be provided with a stocked van and full uniform. The Mobile Van Technician that secures the role will be someone comfortable working remotely with a diverse skill set and LCV Experience.

Mobile Van Technician Role

• Vehicle Servicing
• Fault Finding - using high tech Diagnostic Equipment
• An understanding of electronics and hydraulics
• Repairs - these and include repairs to Mechanical and Ancillary equipment, Hydraulics, chassis and Bodywork, making sure that the repairs are done efficiently and cost effectively
• Vehicle Inspections

Mobile Vehicle Technician Requirements

• Willing to travel considerable distances on occasion and willing to work overtime
• Good customer service ethos and presents a professional image
• Completion of all relevant paperwork ensuring that all work is compliant
• The successful applicants must be qualified to City and Guilds Level 3 standard (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance or have served a relevant Apprenticeship
• A full UK Driving is required
