Job summary

Halfords Commercial Fleet Services offers mobile tyre services across the UK. The role covers tyre fitment and repair for diverse vehicle types, with a strong emphasis on customer service and accurate documentation.

It is a field-based, Monday to Friday schedule with weekend work possible and an uncapped bonus scheme including overtime and call-out rates. A van, tools and PPE are provided, ensuring efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• REACT Licence to work safely at the roadside.
• Possession of a full, current driving licence.
• RTRT and/or LCTT licences or equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience as a commercial tyre technician or similar.

Responsibilities

• Fit/repair tyres including car, van, truck, agricultural, industrial and earthmover – roadside & in depot.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Accurately complete all relevant paperwork and electronic job sheets.
