Mobile Transport Refrigeration Engineer – Letchworth

£17.00 per hour | OTE up to £46,410

Working Hours

Monday to Friday | 07:30–17:30 | 45 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out diagnosis, repairs, and servicing of transport refrigeration systems on a variety of vehicles.
• Deliver high-quality, reliable service to clients on-site.
• Work independently with the support of an experienced team.

What We Offer

• Base salary of £39,780 per year (£17.00 per hour)
• Overtime paid at 1.5x (£25.50 per hour)
• OTE up to £46,410 (based on 5 hours overtime per week)
• Monday to Friday schedule – no weekend shifts
• 45-hour work week with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break
• Potential for further progression and training
• Location: Letchworth and surrounding areas
