You'll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
- Carry out tasks including locks/unlocks, patrols (internal/external), alarm responses, vacant property checks, and escort services.
- Maintain a courteous, professional, and helpful attitude when engaging with clients, their staff, and colleagues.
- Ensure thorough handovers at the start and end of each shift.
- Respond to adhoc requests from Mobile Dispatch, facilitating smooth communication and coordination across shifts.
- Communicate effectively with team members, reallocating tasks as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure all personnel are correctly uniformed and equipped, and conduct detailed vehicle handovers.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly, adhering to the Highway Code and representing the company professionally.
- Follow key management protocols, assignment instructions, and escalation procedures during incidents.
- Use GRS/SMP systems to document activities with appropriate photos and details, ensuring compliance.
- Mentor new and existing staff, attend training sessions, and demonstrate commitment to Securitas Core Values: Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
