Job description

Mobile Smart Repairer/Paint Technician required for our Client’s busy Bodyshop located in Guildford. Working as a Mobile Smart Repairer/Paint Technician for our Client you can expect a salary of £40,000, OTE £65,000.

Duties
  • Performing high-quality SMART repairs on vehicles directly at customer locations
  • Repairing damaged vehicles in line with the Manufacturer’s specifications
  • Fixing scuffs, scratches, dents, and paint damage using specialised techniques and equipment
  • Following safety procedures
  • Detecting and diagnosing any additional faults for further repair
  • Interacting with colleagues and customers to discuss repair work carried out.
Requirements
  • You will have a recognised qualification in a SMART repair capacity
  • Hands‑on experience with water-based paints and 2K clearcoats
  • Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel
  • Proven experience as a Smart Repairer, Paint Sprayer, or equivalent role
  • You will have a previous working experience in the role within a busy bodyshop
  • The ability to produce a high quality of SMART repair from start to finish.
  • ATA qualification is desirable
