During your first 12 months of Employment, you will be trained to IMI Level 3 in Electric Vehicle Maintenance and repair to ensure your skills remain relevant throughout your career with us.

About You
  • Happy to drive to a range of locations daily.
  • Can carry out a full range of repairs of mechanical diagnostic and service work.
  • Delivers high standards of technical advice, service and maintenance to all TrustFord customers.
  • Owns a full valid driving license.
  • Has an NVQ level 2 or 3, City & Guilds or equivalent for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Has previous experience as an Automotive Vehicle Technician.

Induction & Support

For your first 2 days in the business, you’ll attend our residential induction academy at a hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside.
