Job summary

Trust Ford is recruiting a motivated Mobile Vehicle Technician to join our busy Mobile Service Team. This is a 24/7 operation offering hours to suit you, with travel to customer locations daily and a focus on delivering high-quality diagnostics and repairs on the move.

We provide extensive training, including IMI Level 3 in Electric Vehicle Maintenance during your first year, a pension scheme, life assurance, and a range of staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Own a full valid driving license.
• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent for a minimum of 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a full range of mechanical repairs, diagnostics and servicing on mobile service vehicles.
• Travel to a range of locations daily to service Ford vehicles.
• Provide high standards of technical advice, service and maintenance to Trust Ford customers.

• During your first 12 months of Employment, you will be trained to IMI Level 3 in Electric Vehicle Maintenance and repair to ensure your skills remain relevant throughout your career with us.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5.30pm, Friday 8am to 4.30pm with a break each day of 30 minutes for lunch to be taken when the needs of the business suit, and one in four Saturdays from 8am to 12pm.

About You:

• Happy to drive to a range of locations daily and flexible with hours of working.
• To be able to carry out a full range of repairs of mechanical diagnostic and service work
• To deliver high standards of technical advice, service and maintenance to all our TrustFord customers.
• Own a full valid driving license, an NVQ level 2 or 3, City & Guilds or equivalent for a minimum of 1 year.
• Have previous Automotive Vehicle Technician and ideally have experience in Ford vehicles.
