Job summary

Venatu Automotive Group are recruiting on behalf of our client for Permanent Mobile Support Engineers. You will join a growing team, providing mobile engineering support for Bus & Coach / PSV vehicles across WALES.

As a Mobile Support Engineer, you will service, maintain, diagnose, repair, and respond to breakdowns in the field, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Heavy Vehicle, PSV Engineering or equivalent.
• Previous Bus & Coach / PSV engineering experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and breakdown support on Bus & Coach / PSV vehicles.
• Provide first-class service while working independently in the field.

We are looking for experienced Bus & Coach / PSV Engineers to join our client's growing team, providing mobile engineering support across WALES:

The Role:

As a Mobile Support Engineer, you'll carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and breakdown support on Bus & Coach / PSV vehicles, ensuring customers receive a first-class service while working independently in the field.

Essential Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Heavy Vehicle, PSV Engineering or equivalent


• Previous Bus & Coach / PSV engineering experience


• Strong mechanical, electrical and diagnostic fault-finding skills


• Full UK Driving Licence


• Excellent customer service and communication skills


• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
