Job summary

EQUANS is seeking a Mobile BMS Service Engineer to support our Digital business across Coventry and surrounding areas. You will handle maintenance and reactive tasks on diverse BMS installations in schools, hospitals, offices and government buildings.

Qualifications

• City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• As a Mobile BMS Service Engineer, manage planned and reactive tasks across sites (schools, hospitals, offices, business parks, government buildings).
• Carry out preventative maintenance and respond to reactive calls to ensure smooth operation of BMS systems.
• Prepare clear cost estimates and quotes for system enhancements following site reports.

Equans is looking for a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to join our Digital business, covering parts of Coventry and the surrounding areas on a full time basis. Key activities:

As a Mobile BMS Service Engineer, you will manage a variety of essential planned and reactive tasks across our diverse portfolio, Schools, Hospitals, Offices, Business Parks and Government Buildings.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Preventative Maintenance: Carrying out scheduled maintenance checks on BMS systems and components to ensure smooth operation across various sites.
• Reactive Calls: Responding to breakdowns when things go wrong.

Continuous Improvement:

Working with other engineer colleagues to help make recommendations to our clients to enhance system performance and energy efficiency. This will require teams to complete thorough reports and build up clear cost estimates & quotes for system enhancements.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMSKnowledge and Experience of at least one of the following (additional training can be provided depending on the area requirements at a later date):

• Knowledge & experience of HVAC and mechanical systems in a commercial environment
• Full UK Driving License
