Qualifications

• Must be over the age of 25.
• Possess a full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years.
• Ability to provide a 5-year checkable history for BS7858 vetting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and direct the mobile and response security officers.
• Organise and maintain efficient security officer rota patterns.
• Maintain good customer relations through regular visits.
• Compile assignment instructions and health and safety risk assessments.
• Conduct KPIs and annual appraisals with the officers.
• Analyse data reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Respond to call outs and incidents.
• Ensure all mobile vehicles are maintained.
