Mitie is seeking experienced security professionals to join our Security Guard teams for the DWP contract in the United Kingdom. The role covers multiple DWP sites, with a requirement for a valid full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the South Wales region.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience.
• SIA licence required; Door Supervisor licence preferred.
• Valid full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for DWP staff, visitors, and property.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security threats.
• Respond effectively to emergencies or suspicious situations.
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide assistance to staff and visitors regarding any security-related matters.
• Perform routine security checks and submit incident reports as appropriate.
• Comply with all Mitie and DWP security policies, procedures, and regulations.
