• Must have a full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle.
• Experience cooking for 100 - 1300 students.
• Experience following recipes, preferably in a similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full catering operation including costs and standards.
• Develop and mentor kitchen team.
• Conduct routine audits to maintain service standards.
